As tested and recorded, black polycarbonate material used in Pozzetta
PLS600 photomask boxes.
Six sample boxes, chosen at random from production run, were tested.
The sample boxes were isolated using ceramic as the surface on which
samples were laid. The surface resistivity reading was taken with the
resistivity/resistence meter in direct contact with the sample. Static
surface charge reading was taken with the static field meter at the
proper,
uniform distance above each sample as prescribed by the meter's
indicator light.
Each sample was charged, after initial readings, by the identical pattern
of passing a vinyl glove repeatedly over the sample, with the glove
dragging across the sample. The static surface charge reading was recorded
at intervals, after charging, immediately, 10 minutes, 20 minutes,
and 90 minutes.
