marks and abrasions caused by the touching the reticle surface.

The standard PLS600 in both black carbon filled polycarbonate and clear
Bayon will hold a 6”x6”x.250” photomask securely. Standoff pins
pinch the photomask surface and prevent the mask from moving inside the
compact.
