The PZT series photomask package creates a secure environment for photomasks and reticles with pellicles.  The compact securely positions and protects the mask with minimal contact. 

PZT600 will hold a 6" x 6" x .250" mask with minimal contact and allow space for a pellicle on the top and bottom.
