View quality data for each manufacturing lot of select Pozzetta photomask compacts. Pozzetta provides online access to:
  • Triboelectric Data – provided by a third party laboratory, important information for pattern features susceptible to ESD damage
  • Surface Particle Data – provided by Pozzetta Micro Clean, quantify the cleanliness of the compacts you rely on
  • Dimensional Data – compact flatness collected during manufacturing, ensure the fit, form & function of your compacts
  
 

Pozzetta quality data can be viewed by visiting the quality data home page.  Simply select the part number you ordered and enter the lot number.  Lot numbers can be found on the certificate of conformance.  Below is an example of the data available to you.
